Refunds & Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your meal prep or a specific meal, you can reach out to us at info@freshmealprepco.co.uk or call customer service on 07841 913509 or 01642 678218. Please do so within two (2) days of the date you received the unsatisfactory item. If related to ingredients or condition of a meals, we, at our sole discretion, may give you credit for the individual meal or order, and in some situations, issue a partial or full refund. We reserve the right, however, to require either the return of the unsatisfactory meal, or a photograph of such, before any partial/full refund or credit will be issued.

Consumer Rights

You may cancel your order at any time, however you must do so by two (2 days) before your delivery. To cancel you must email info@freshmealprepco.co.uk by 7pm, call us pn 07841 913509 or 01642 678218

As our Products contain fresh and perishable food, you are not entitled to the regular rights of consumers to return goods within 14 days after you receive them simply because you change your mind. There is an exemption pursuant to regulation 27(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Deactivation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, that confirms that contracts for the supply of goods are exempt from the right to withdrawal if those goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This does not affect your right to cancel your subscription in line with the details set out above.

Deliveries

Your meals are due for delivery:

TS & DL postcodes are Sunday 9am – 2pm & Wednesday 5pm – 10pm, as a ‘split’ delivery.

DH, NE, SR postcodes are Sunday 9am – 1pm & Wednesday 5pm – 10pm, as a ‘split’ delivery.

Storage and heating information

To heat: Remove lid and heat on full power in a Microwave until your product is piping hot all the way through. Times vary depending upon your equipment. Guidelines of 2-3 minutes based on a 800w Microwave. Breakfst muffins, wraps, pancakes we recommend 30 seconds just to gently warm through. THESE ARE GUIDELINES ONLY!

Cooking Precautions: All appliances vary these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Suitable for microwave heating only.

Suitable for home freezing: We recommend freezing any meals which you do not plan on eating within three days. Ensure product is defrosted entirely.
