Packs, Calories & Macros

Your calorie pack contains the following…

1200 calorie pack – breakfast, lunch, dinner (Protein 70g, Carbs 145g, Fats 38g)

1500 calorie pack – breakfast, lunch, dinner +1 snack (Protein 72g, Carbs 178g, Fats 56g)

1800 calorie pack – breakfast, lunch, dinner +2 snacks (Protein 75g, Carbs 208g, Fats 74g)

2200 calorie pack – breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 snacks +1 extra meal (Protein 100g, Carbs 265g, Fats 85g)

2600 calorie pack – breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 snacks +2 extra meal (Protein 130g, Carbs 300g, Fats 99g)

*please note calories & macros are based on a weekly average in order to hit daily targets. If any meals are substituted this will effect the overall calorie content.

Meal storage

Please refrigerate your meals immediately. Meals will last three days in the fridge, please ensure your fridge temperature is 1-3 degrees. Any meals with the blue ā€˜freeze me’ sticker on please freeze these meals.

Cooking guidelines

Please follow the recommendations to get the most out of your meal prep…

  • Remove lid and any sauce pots beforeĀ cooking/reheating
  • Heat meals in the microwave for 2-3 mins or until piping hot throughout (reaching & maintainingĀ 75 degrees for 2 minutes)
  • Pancakes & waffles cook for 30 seconds
  • Pizzas, wraps, muffins, Parmo can all be cooked in the oven for desired effect
  • Follow the order of which the meals appear on the menu
  • Frozen meals should be left in the fridge to naturally defrost
